What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate care: Assist residents with daily needs, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care.

Build meaningful connections: Get to know residents and help make each day more comfortable, engaging, and enjoyable.

Support resident well-being: Observe and report changes in residents’ needs or condition.

Be an EPIC teammate: Work closely with coworkers and families to provide personalized, dependable care.

Promote dignity and independence: Encourage residents to stay active and involved while providing the support they need.

What You’ll Bring

A positive attitude and genuine interest in working with seniors.

Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.

A dependable, team-focused approach.

Availability to work most weekends.

Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training!
