What You'll Do

· Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize OEM diagnostic software to pinpoint and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults. · Full-System Repairs: Perform high-quality repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, air/hydraulic brakes, steering, and suspensions. · Document Excellence: Maintain clean, detailed repair orders in alignment with dealership and manufacturer warranty standards.

· Mentor: Lead by example in the shop, helping guide entry-level technicians when needed. What We Need: · Minimum 2 years of hands-on diesel mechanic experience OR a combination of schooling and shop time. · Proven proficiency using laptop-based diagnostic software. · Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred; willingness to obtain a CDL is highly valued).

· Must own your basic tool set (Kriete provides all specialty shop tools).
