Therapist I - CADC

Banyan Treatment Centers is building an ongoing Illinois pipeline for Therapist I openings, ideal for Bachelor's-level clinicians with an active CADC credential. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients in our substance use and behavioral health programs.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engage families, coordinate continuity of care, and apply sound clinical judgment in crisis situations. This is a strong opportunity to build foundational clinical experience under regular supervision while working toward advanced licensure, within a mission-driven, Joint Commission-accredited organization.
