Your responsibilities

Operating CNC machines to produce quality parts safely and efficiently Monitoring multiple machines and processes simultaneously Using precision measuring equipment including: Micrometers Calipers Gauges Optical Comparators Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) Recording production and quality data within our electronic systems Performing routine operator maintenance (TPM) Deburring and reworking parts when necessary Identifying opportunities for process improvement Maintaining a clean, organized workstation using 5S principles Following all company safety and quality procedures What We're Looking For Successful candidates are: Detail-oriented and quality focused Dependable and self-motivated Comfortable working with technology and precision equipment Team players who communicate effectively Interested in continuous improvement and learning new skills Preferred Skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements Experience using precision measuring equipment Basic computer proficiency Basic shop math skills Strong problem-solving abilities Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching Regular lifting up to 10 pounds Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds Education High School Diploma or GED required About Moeller Aerospace Moeller Aerospace is a leading manufacturer of precision aerospace components.
