Design enclosures, chassis, thermal, and cable designs for military grade electronic products Desing for shock and vibration, EMI shielding and grounding, and environmental sealing Solve thermal problems in sealed, space-limited enclosures, with verification through testing and analysis.

Desing and document cable and wire harness assemblies Develop prototypes using 3-D printing and other tools, all hands on. Plan and support qualification testing to MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461, including test fixtures, test plans, and root-cause analysis of failures. B.S. in Mechanical Engineering is required Experience of 4-8 years with electronics packaging design – can be in a variety of industries Working knowledge of Design for Manufacturing and GD&T Strong 3 D design skills using Solid.
