Inventory Optimization & Process Control Lead

Pliteq is seeking a proactive, analytical, and hands-on Inventory Optimization & Process Control Lead. This is not a standard inventory counting or stock-keeper role. You will act as a hybrid operational investigator and demand planner. Responsible for analyzing inventory discrepancy patterns, uncovering root causes, and redesigning workflows to prevent discrepancies.

Alongside process improvement, you will leverage financial insights and demand forecasting to determine optimal purchasing cycles, ensuring we have the right materials at the right time without tying up excess working capital. You will bridge the gap between factory floor operations, supply chain finance, and IT, working closely with operators, supervisors, and management to build and sustain bulletproof inventory systems.
