Respond promptly to internet inquiries via phone, text, and email to engage prospective customers and generate sales appointments. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries. Schedule, confirm, and manage customer sales appointments. Conduct proactive follow-up to maximize appointment attendance.

Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information within our CRM system. Coordinate appointment scheduling and rescheduling to accommodate customer needs. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-up.

Contribute to dealership sales objectives by generating and maintaining quality customer appointments.

Qualifications

Previous customer service, appointment scheduling, or call center experience. Automotive sales or Business Development Center (BDC) experience.

Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and CRM systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and customer-first mindset.
