Sales Coach

The Sales Coach is a shared resource across Cardone Ventures' book of small to medium size clients (approximately 40 clients). This individual owns the structured onboarding of new clients through their first 90 days, equipping each client's sales organization with the right processes, tools, tracking infrastructure, and Cardone University methodology to drive measurable growth.

Beyond onboarding, this advisor maintains a performance purview across the portfolio, surfaces coaching opportunities to advisor peers, and deploys as a specialist resource when clients require targeted sales support. Artificial intelligence sits at the core of how this role operates.
