Director of Engineering & Maintenance

Palermo is seeking a Director of Engineering & Maintenance for our Milwaukee, WI location to lead engineering and maintenance operations. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will drive strategies to reduce equipment downtime, and efficiencies to support growth.

Responsibilities include

managing projects, improving equipment reliability, and developing the maintenance team.

Requirements
