• San Antonio, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $25.00 - $35.00Hourly, We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑driven Scrub Tech to join our surgical team. As a Scrub Tech, you’ll help maintain a sterile environment in the operating room, support surgeons and nurses during procedures, and play an essential role in ensuring safe and successful surgical outcomes.

Paid Time Off Paid Holidays No nights, weekends or on-call Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life Insurance Disability Coverage Hospital Indemnity, Accident, and Critical Illness Plans Responsibilities Maintain a sterile field and uphold all principles of aseptic technique Assist the surgical team by passing instruments, supplies, sutures, and equipment Prepare equipment, instruments, and operating rooms before procedures Assist with scrubbing, gowning, and gloving for the surgical team Prepare dressings and assist with postoperative bandage application Operate, adjust, and monitor surgical and sterile processing equipment Position and prepare patients for surgery while ensuring safety and comfort Participate in instrument, sponge, and sharps counts Clean and restock the operating room following procedures Support compliance with accreditation and departmental standards Maintain confidentiality of patient and center information Assist with supply and equipment maintenance Document accurately and in a timely manner Respond quickly to changing patient or surgical needs Perform additional duties as assigned Skills and Abilities Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced surgical environment Ability to recognize and respond to equipment alarms Strong listening and communication skills Basic computer proficiency (e.
