Production Worker/Machine Operator

Metal Culverts, Inc. is hiring a full-time Production Worker/Machine Operator in Maryville, MO to support daily manufacturing output and keep product quality on spec. In this entry-level role, you'll run production equipment to form precision bands, shear sheet, and roll material while following safety and quality standards. You'll also assist with moving materials as needed (including forklift operation) and stay aligned with production schedules alongside the team.

Required qualifications/skills:

• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Comfort working around machinery and handling materials
• Forklift/material handling experience
• Background check required

The Position

You'll work onsite Monday-Friday on the day shift (6:00am-2:30pm). The morning starts with getting set up for the run, checking what's needed for the day, and settling into a steady rhythm on the floor. Throughout the shift you'll stay focused on pace, accuracy, and safe work habits, communicating with coworkers to keep things moving. Breaks and changeovers help reset before finishing the day by tidying your area and getting the next run ready.
