Pay: $14 - $14 per hour

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of customer service experience preferred, Comfortable using hotel reservation software; Ability to understand and follow directions; Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve; Able to stand for long periods and work weekends
