Assistant Thrift Store Manager

The Assistant Manager is responsible for implementing the store strategy and action plan to maximize productivity and profitability while working alongside the Store Manager. The incumbent will also play a key role in supporting thrift store employees while fostering an inclusive environment and striving to create a friendly and positive shopping experience for store shoppers, donors, staff, and volunteers.
