Summary: The Health Insurance Enrollment Manager oversees NY State of Health Marketplace enrollment operations, manages and supports a team of Navigators, and ensures the program meets enrollment, partnership, and contractual goals. The Manager will educate the public on health insurance coverage options, develop community partnerships, train staff, monitor program performance, and prepare required reports.
