Cleaner / Janitorial Associate Shift Available: Night Shift Location: Stanley, VA Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Classification: Non-Exempt, Hourly About the Role We're hiring a Cleaner / Janitorial Associate to support facility cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for maintaining clean and organized workspaces through routine cleaning duties, trash removal, floor care, and operation of basic cleaning equipment.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment for employees and visitors. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, following cleaning schedules, and completing assigned tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Follow daily cleaning assignments and duty schedules Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout assigned areas Remove trash and dispose of waste properly Perform routine commercial cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and safety standards Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and effectively Use power-washing equipment and hoses as needed Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored after use Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Report maintenance or safety concerns to management Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Qualifications Required: Authorized to work in the United States Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning experience Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, weekdays, and holidays Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Reliable transportation Mobile phone capable of using a time-tracking application during shifts Strong attendance and dependability record Ability to follow instructions and work independently Experience operating or using a power washer and hose Ability to perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Preferred: Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial facility cleaning experience High school diploma or equivalent Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
