About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our successful sales team. In this role, you will help customers through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up.

Key responsibilities include

Assisting customers in selecting the right Toyota vehicle to suit their needs Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Generating and following up sales leads Demonstrating vehicle features and conducting test drives Preparing sales documentation and maintaining accurate records Working towards individual and team sales targets Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction About You To succeed in this role, you'll be driven, customer-focused, and passionate about achieving results.

We'd love to hear from you if you have: Previous vehicle sales experience or a strong background in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A positive attitude and strong work ethic Confidence using technology and CRM systems Strong organisation and time management skills The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment A current and valid Australian driver's licence Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving sales success.
