Acquire and expand relationships with High Net Worth individuals for both liabilities and commercial assets. Deliver superior customer service while ensuring adherence to bank policies and compliance standards.

Cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services to deepen client relationships. Educate clients about new products and enhancements to maximize engagement. Organize and lead targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events. Collaborate with other group companies to offer integrated financial solutions.

Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and relationship history. Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries with a focus on quick turnaround and satisfaction.
