Product Manager - Online Casino

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager with experience in online casino / i. Gaming to drive product development, improve player engagement, and optimize the overall casino experience.

Responsibilities

Own casino product features end-to-end, from discovery and PRDs to launch and optimization. Develop and improve gamification, loyalty, bonus, and retention mechanics. Optimize player journeys, including registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and cashier flows. Collaborate with CRM teams on segmentation, promotions, and personalized player experiences.

Analyze player behavior and product KPIs (FTD, GGR, LTV, retention, conversion) to identify opportunities and measure results. Work closely with Design, Development, CRM, and Operations teams to deliver product improvements.

Requirements

3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with a B2C online casino operator . Hands-on experience designing and launching product features independently. Strong understanding of casino operations, CRM, retention, and gamification. Experience with CRM platforms such as Smartico, Optimove, Fast Track, or similar is an advantage.

Ability to identify player problems, validate product hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions. Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and good English.
