Total Rewards Analyst

The Total Rewards Analyst supports the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management of Total Rewards operations, including employee and vendor support, program administration, data governance, compliance activities, and other business as-usual functions.

In addition, the Analyst provides analytical support for global and regional initiatives, translating workforce and market data into practical insights, supporting recurring compensation and benefits cycles, and helping ensure programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
