• Media, PA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Brief Description: Night Float - 1 week on, 1 week off. $700,000 salary. 26 weeks off per year! Full Description: United Anesthesia Services, P.C. (UAS) is seeking a BC/BE anesthesiologist for a highly desirable night float position in a community hospital setting just 35 minutes from Center City Philadelphia. This is a lifestyle-driven opportunity offering predictable scheduling, significant time off, and a stable, collegial care team environment. Schedule:
• One week on / one week off
• Monday–Friday: 5 PM – 7 AM
• One 24-hour weekend call shift per month
• Only 26 working weeks annually Practice Setting:
• Community hospital
• In-house MD + in-house CRNA
• No heads, hearts or trauma
• OB service (~1,400 births/year)
• Care team model Compensation Package:
• $700,000 salary
• 3% 401(k) contribution + 3.5% profit sharing upon eligibility
