The Role We are looking for an Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution and management of business processes and operational activities. The role will work closely with internal teams, clients, partners and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of processes, timely resolution of issues and adherence to operational standards.

What You'll Do

Support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth execution of assigned processes. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational tasks. Monitor operational workflows, identify bottlenecks and follow up on pending activities. Maintain accurate records, trackers, reports and operational documentation.

Prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards to track operational performance. Monitor key operational metrics, SLAs and turnaround times. Identify discrepancies, process gaps and operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. Handle and resolve routine operational queries from internal and external stakeholders.
