What You’ll Do As a Recruiting Sales Manager, you will: Set and achieve annual recruiting goals for your territory, while inspiring your team to excel. Build meaningful relationships with representatives to foster their professional growth through coaching, training, and joint sales activities. Recruit top talent by presenting Woodmen.

Life’s career opportunities and supporting a pipeline of potential recruits. Oversee representative performance by providing motivation, supervision, and continuous feedback. Act as a liaison between representatives and the Regional/Home Office to resolve challenges and drive operational success. Be an ambassador for Woodmen.

Life, engaging in community and fraternal activities to promote our mission and values. What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you’ll bring: A high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 12 months of experience as a Woodmen. Life representative (or equivalent). FIC designation (or willingness to obtain) and compliance with state licensing and continuing education requirements.

Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and build relationships. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, paired with enthusiasm and energy to lead by example. Self-motivation to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule involving up to 60% travel. Strong character and integrity, demonstrating ethical professionalism at all times.
