Commercial Property Manager

The Commercial Property Manager supports the day-to-day operations of commercial properties by helping maintain property conditions, coordinating vendors and maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures. The position serves as a key tenant contact, assisting with tenant relations, move-ins and move-outs, and lease compliance, and supporting leasing and occupancy initiatives to deliver a high level of tenant satisfaction.

Additionally, the Commercial Property Manager assists with financial and operational management, including budgeting, reporting, monitoring property performance, and supporting capital improvement projects.
