Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and pain conditions Perform physical exams, review diagnostic imaging, and test results Develop individualized treatment plans Provide medication management and coordinate conservative treatment options Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers Maintain accurate medical documentation Qualifications Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Strong clinical and communication skills Interest or experience in musculoskeletal and pain management care preferred Team-oriented and patient-focused Compensation & Benefits Salary: $130,000–$140,000/year DOE Productivity bonus opportunities Monday–Friday | Early Fridays | No weekends, call, or holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match HSA, life insurance, and disability coverage Tuition assistance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Childcare savings through Kinder.
