What You'll Do

as a Dental Hygienist Provide preventive dental hygiene care, including dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance Assess patients' oral health and identify periodontal concerns within your scope of practice Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and recommended treatment Take and evaluate dental radiographs as appropriate to your role and clinical protocols Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to support comprehensive patient care Help create a comfortable, positive patient experience Stay current with dental hygiene best practices, clinical technology, and continuing education Who We're Looking For A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Michigan, or a new graduate eligible for Michigan licensure before practicing A passion for preventive dentistry, periodontal health, and patient education Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach A positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and team-first mindset An interest in professional development and lifelong learning New dental hygiene graduates are encouraged to apply!
