Job Purpose and Objectives: Perform activities related to the operations of noxious weed control in Reno County, equipment operator and other duties associated with Reno County Public Works. Position Requirements and Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Noxious Weeds: Pay Range - $17.57 - $21.31 Minimum level high school graduate or have an equivalent general educational development certificate (GED). Employee is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any certification and licensing relative to the position. Must obtain a Class B CDL drivers license. Certifications / Licenses: Obtain all licensing requirements as required in position requirements. Position Requirements

• Noxious Weeds: Pay Range - $19.00 - $23.03 Minimum level high school graduate or have an equivalent general educational development certificate (GED). Employee is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any certification and licensing relative to the position. Certifications / Licenses: Possess and maintain valid Kansas Class B CDL. Position Requirements
• Equipment Operator III
• Noxious Weeds: Pay Range - $20.42 - $24.76 Minimum level high school graduate or have an equivalent general educational development certificate (GED). Employee is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any certification and licensing requirements relative to the position. Previous 2 years’ experience preferred. Certifications / Licenses: Possess and maintain valid Kansas Class B CDL. Possess a 6 & 9A category commercial applicator’s certificate from the State of Kansas.
