• Day Shift Location: Barron, WI 54812 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team full-time for the day shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our patients, assisting with daily living activities and supporting the nursing staff to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff. Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients.. Assist with patient mobility and transfers safely. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Support nursing staff with various clinical tasks as needed. Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Previous experience as a CNA preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable. Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and standing for extended periods.
