• Palmdale, CA, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $16.75 - $17.00Hourly, POSITION SUMMARY The Hero Member Services Representative is responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to SoCal Fitness Partners members, prospective members and guests. This position works the overnight shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Greets members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handles all front desk related activities including: Answers phones in a friendly manner and assists callers with a variety of questions.
• Checks members into the system.
• Completes new member and potential new member facility tours.
• Presents rate presentations to potential members.
• Registers new members for membership.
• Facilitates needed updates to member’s accounts.
• Responds to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevates to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Assists in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Ensures proper security of the facility.
• Maintains equipment to meet member expectations.
• Prepares the facility to be ready for the day.
• May be required to run or submit reports for management Qualifications:
