HR Business Partner – Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on HR Business Partner with deep talent acquisition expertise to support a growing technology organization. This role will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders while leading recruiting strategy, proactive sourcing, pipeline development, hiring execution, and recruiting operations.

The ideal candidate brings experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or a similarly fast-paced environment and is highly proficient with applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever. This is a hybrid position based out of our headquarters in Philadelphia.
