Software Development Lead

The Software Development Lead manages the development team and ensures technical projects are delivered on time and to a high standard using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development team, set priorities, and track progress against delivery goals. Design technical architectures and guide the team on key technologies and design decisions. Run project execution using Agile and Scrum frameworks, including planning and managing sprints. Uphold code quality and ensure adherence to software development standards and best practices.

Resolve complex technical issues and remove obstacles that affect team delivery. Mentor and coach team members to build their technical and professional skills. Ensure the delivery of stable, reliable, and scalable software solutions. Work with Project Managers and stakeholders to define requirements for technical solutions.
