Under the guidance and supervision of the nurse supervisor, he/she shares responsibility#for the total patient needs.# As a member of the nursing team, the LPN performs a#variety of technical and skilled patient care duties, many of which were acquired through nursing education and supervised on-the-job training and experiences.

#The LPN#shares the responsibility of providing a safe and comfortable environment conducive to healing while delivering quality care.# Assist a physician as needed to#provide all care. # Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent ● Certificate Program License, Certification, etc: Currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Georgia BLS Completion of IV medication administration course and clinical skill check-off Experience:# # Minimum: # Preferred: One or more years working as an LPN within a clinic setting.

Three or more years working in a clinic or hospital setting as an LPN
