Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a outgoing, energetic and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations in a warm and efficient manner. Secure payments, verify billing details, and process adjustments as needed. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Maintain high-quality service standards to enhance guest satisfaction. Anticipate guest needs and implement creative solutions to exceed expectations. Uphold brand standards and company policies while ensuring a welcoming and well-organized front desk environment.

Qualifications

A positive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for guest satisfaction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred. Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus.
