From research and drafting to case preparation and document management, you’ll help ensure the legal team is equipped with accurate information and well‑organized materials to deliver strong outcomes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law. Draft memos, briefs, motions, and other legal documents. Assist attorneys with case preparation, including organizing evidence and maintaining case files. Review, proof, and cite‑check legal documents for accuracy and completeness. Summarize depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS Juris Doctorate degree with admission to the Bar in the states of practice. Strong legal research and writing skills, with proficiency in using legal databases. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
