Qualification Required: Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field. A qualification or academic background in Business Intelligence, Automation or Coding will be advantageous. What You'll Gain Mentorship from experienced professionals.

Practical workplace experience in automation and IT. Exposure to real business projects and automation initiatives. Experience in identifying opportunities to improve and automate business processes. Minimum Requirements Matric. Completed Diploma or Degree relevant to the internship. Up to one year's work experience. Basic understanding or exposure to programming and automation.

Knowledge or exposure to Microsoft Power BI and dashboard development. Knowledge or exposure to SQL (Structured Query Language) and database management. Understanding of data analysis, reporting and data visualisation. Exposure to Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C# or JavaScript will be advantageous.

Exposure to workflow automation tools and technologies will be advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
