Electrical Assembly Lead

The Electrical Assembly Lead oversees a team of technicians to ensure high‑quality electrical assembly, wiring, and testing of custom industrial automation and robotic systems. This role blends hands‑on technical work with leadership responsibilities, driving productivity, maintaining ISO standards, and supporting continuous skill development within the electrical team.

The Lead also collaborates closely with project teams to meet deadlines, uphold safety standards, and deliver reliable equipment performance. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
