What You’ll Do:♦ Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. ♦ Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure). ♦ Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse. ♦ Provide mobility support and assist with transfers and ambulation. ♦ Follow care plans and physician/nursing instructions. ♦ Support infection control procedures, including hand hygiene and proper PPE use. ♦ Document resident care accurately and timely in clinical records. ♦ Assist with meals and hydration as needed.
