Part-Time Evening Cleaner – Chesterfield

Location: Markham Road, Chesterfield, S40 1TG Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Hours: 15 hours per week Contract: Temporary Cover Start: ASAP / TBC We are currently recruiting for a reliable Part-Time Evening Cleaner to work at a Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) site in Chesterfield. This position offers consistent Monday-to-Friday evening hours.

Working Hours Monday to Friday: 5:00pm – 8:00pm 3 hours per day – 15 hours per week Cleaning Duties General cleaning throughout the premises Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning offices and communal areas Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints Emptying bins and disposing of waste Replenishing consumables where required Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site Requirements Requirements BPSS clearance will be required Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction Previous cleaning experience preferred Must be comfortable with lone working Must be comfortable acting as a key holder and using an alarm panel where required Must be able to use a telephone-based time and attendance system Reliable and punctual Must be able to commit to the Monday-to-Friday shift pattern Pay Rate: £12.
