As a Fitness Instructor , you’re not just teaching fitness classes – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Lead engaging fitness classes: Deliver individual and group workouts that are motivating, effective, and tailored to a variety of fitness levels and goals Support safe exercise practice: Monitor guests during workouts to correct form, provide assistance, and answer questions as needed to support safe and effective fitness Maintain industry knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest exercise science, fitness trends, and instructional techniques to enhance the guest experience Support club operations: Conduct opening and closing procedures, assist with general club tasks, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations Maintain a clean and inviting environment: Keep studios, locker rooms, equipment, and common areas clean and organized in compliance with health and safety standards Ensure facility safety: Assist in monitoring facility and equipment usage What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
