As our AI-First Engineering Transformation Lead, you'll be responsible for helping Hansen redefine how software is built across our Communications & Media portfolio.

Working closely with the Office of the CTO, engineering leaders, architects, and development teams, you'll drive the transition from traditional development practices toward AI-native engineering workflows. We're looking for someone who combines deep technical credibility with the ability to lead organizational change.

You'll operate as a player-coach, working directly with engineering teams while influencing leaders across the organization to adopt new ways of working. Your impact will be measurable through improved developer productivity, faster delivery cycles, higher software quality, and the successful adoption of AI-powered engineering practices across Hansen.

What You’ll Do Lead Hansen's AI-First Engineering Transformation Shape and drive the shift from traditional SDLC to AI-first, AI-native software engineering . Work hands-on with developers, architects, and engineering leaders to embed tools such as GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Claude Code, and emerging AI platforms into everyday development.

Build scalable AI-enabled workflows, reference implementations, and automation patterns that improve how software is designed, built, tested, and delivered. Champion AI adoption across engineering through coaching, playbooks, training, and practical enablement . Establish responsible AI engineering standards across code quality, security, IP protection, compliance, and traceability .

Measure and scale impact through clear KPIs including AI adoption, developer productivity, cycle time, and software quality . What You Bring Experience implementing AI-first or AI-native engineering models Proven experience leading engineering transformation initiatives at scale Strong software engineering background with hands-on technical credibility Practical experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms Deep understanding of modern engineering practices including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, and platform engineering Experience driving change, influencing stakeholders, and introducing new engineering ways of working Strong communication skills with the ability to engage engineers, architects, and executive leadership alike Solid understanding of large language models (LLMs), AI capabilities, and their practical application within software development What Makes You Successful You are someone who: Thrives on transforming how teams build software Leads through action, not PowerPoint Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution Questions existing practices and continuously seeks better ways of working Focuses on outcomes and measurable impact Inspires teams to embrace change rather than resist it Sees AI not as a tool, but as a new operating model for engineering Why Join Us?
