Job description
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of individuals, empowering them in decision-making, and assisting them in understanding and exercising their rights. They also provide support to achieve goals outlined in Individual Support Plans.
