Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Engineer** to ensure the reliability, performance, and usability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions while continuously improving our testing practices.
Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing** across web, mobile, and/or backend systems.
- Identify, document, and track defects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and on-site stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and standards.
- Validate bug fixes and verify releases before deployment.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a quality perspective.
Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering**, or a related field.
- Experience in writing test cases, test scenarios, and preparing test data.
- Ability to perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing**.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)** and Agile/Scrum methodologies**.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills** for reporting and collaboration.
- Mandarin** language skills are an advantage.
- Experience with automated testing** is a plus.
