CA law requires public educational employees to be fingerprinted for the purpose of a confidential background investigation at the time of employment, whether or not the employee has previously been fingerprinted. All offers of employment are conditional upon the applicants satisfactory results of the Post Offer Pre-Placement Physical evaluation Program.

This physical strength test helps us select employee candidates that have demonstrated a minimum level of strength to perform the essential functions of the job. There is no charge for this service.
