Country. Place Mortgage, a leading nationwide personal property, mortgage and commercial lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking a Loan Officer Trainee to help grow our Originations Department. This in-person role is in our Plano, TX office. As a Loan Officer Trainee, you will collaborate with Loan Officers, Loan Processors, Lending Associates, Underwriting, Compliance team and other essential departments.
The Loan Officer Trainee will be responsible for performing a detailed review of loan documentation. This includes reviewing the credit application, credit reports, income documentation, asset documentation and any other loan documentation required to render a credit decision. The Loan Officer Trainee will also be accountable to study for and pass the MLO Exam.
