Collections Coordinator I

The primary purpose of this position is to monitor members’ delinquent accounts. Responsible to ensure appropriate actions and to ensure all due diligence is met to collect all debt owed to the credit union. The Collection coordinator will utilize all tools to identify and reasonably assist all members in need appropriately and to the best of our ability. To understand and follow all State, Federal, NCUA guidelines and regulations, as well as any other regulatory agencies. To act responsible, accountable and treat every member in an ethical and fair manner.
