Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager - Kerikeri Store

Ready to lead something new? Kerikeri, we’re coming! We’re opening a brand-new 2degrees store and looking for a Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to lead the charge. If you’re passionate about retail, people and creating brilliant customer experiences, this could be your chance to help build something new from the ground up.

Whether you’re an experienced Store Manager looking for your next opportunity, or a retail superstar ready to step up into an Assistant Store Manager role, we’d love to chat. Here’s what you’ll be doing Together, our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager will play a big part in creating an awesome store, team and customer experience from the ground up.

Depending on the role, you’ll: Lead and support the day-to-day running of the store Create a brilliant customer experience and drive strong sales results Coach, develop and motivate the team to achieve individual and store targets Make sure we have the right team coverage across the week Keep our merchandising and store presentation looking top notch Talk tech in a non-techie way to help customers find what’s right for them Identify opportunities to make our store, customer experience and processes even better For our Store Manager , you’ll take the lead on the overall operation and performance of the store, including developing your people, driving sales, managing scheduling and keeping everything running smoothly.

For our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to support the team, keep the store humming and step up to lead when needed. What will help you stand out? We’d love to hear about your: Retail leadership or management experience Strong coaching and people-development skills Ability to motivate and influence others Experience working towards and exceeding sales targets and KPIs Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Clear and confident communication style Ability to prioritise, delegate and keep things moving Eye for merchandising and store presentation Empathetic and consultative approach Enthusiastic, confident and positive attitude We work in a fast-paced business, so being able to find your inner Zen when things change will definitely come in handy!
