Job Skills / Requirements Kaiser Viewridge is seeking a certified Medical Assistant to work through agency. Details : CMA will float to San Marcos. Mandatory Experience requirements: Previous work as a MA (no new graduates), ability to give and follow verbal and written instructions, ability to work effectively with the public, ability to work in EMR systems.

Primary Assignment Duties: Under direct supervision of an RN or provider performs routine patient care, following established policies, procedures and standards; follows Quality of Service Standards; follows Universal Precautions. Performs nursing care functions such as vital signs, injections, EKGs, etc., as instructed by a licensed provider.

Procedure scheduling, patient outreach and message management.

Requirements

CMA certification/ AHA BLS. 1-year minimum experience working in clinic. Shift: Variable starts times of: M-F; Variable- 0730-1600, 0745-1615, 0800-1630, 0815-1645 Pay: Depending on experience: $27-29hr.
