Join Cartwheel as a member of our Nevada clinical team, bringing mental health care directly into rural schools across the state. Cartwheel is the nation’s largest school-centered telehealth provider, partnering with school districts in 16 states to bring therapy, psychiatry, and family support to students who would otherwise wait months for care. ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a clinical leader to join our interdisciplinary care team of psychiatrists, therapists, and school health professionals. As Cartwheel’s Nevada Clinical Supervisor , you’ll deliver direct care to students and families across the state and supervise future associate licensed therapists. Role type: This is a
W2, Full-Time, Salaried position Location: Remote in the US, Nevada residents strongly preferred Start date: November 2026 WHAT YOU’LL DO Provide excellent care, including mental health assessments and teletherapy, to PreK-12 students and school staff in Cartwheel’s partner school districts Participate in case discussions with other Cartwheel team members Support students and families with transition to community care providers Build collaborative, trusted, and lasting relationships with school leadership, staff, students, and families. Meet and communicate regularly with school staff. Provide clinical supervision to MSW practicum interns and to LCSW-track associate clinicians, and deliver cultural competency training to Cartwheel staff and providers supporting Nevada clients
WHO YOU ARE
Must have… Passion for working with schools on youth mental health and helping build a new care model for Nevada Active, independent Nevada LCSW license to deliver mental health care Approved by the Nevada Board of Examiners for Social Workers as a clinical supervisor: minimum of three years of full-time clinical practice, active LCSW license in good standing, and no disciplinary restrictions At least two years experience providing clinical supervision in the state Member of a Native or tribal community, or demonstrated experience serving Native and/or tribal populations Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing At least three years of full-time clinical practice delivering mental health services to children and youth via telehealth, consistent with Nevada’s clinical supervisor eligibility requirements. We use GSuite (Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.), electronic health record systems, and other collaboration tools.
