Part-Time Evening Cleaner – Leamington Spa

Location: The Parade, Leamington Spa, CV32 4AJ Pay Rate: £13.65 per hour Hours: 8.75 hours per week Contract: Temp to Perm Start: ASAP / TBC We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Evening Cleaner to work at a professional banking site in Leamington Spa. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent weekday evening hours.

Working Hours Monday to Friday: 5:30pm – 7:15pm 1.75 hours per day – 8.75 hours per week Cleaning Duties General cleaning throughout the premises Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning office and communal areas Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities Wiping and sanitising surfaces and high-touch areas Emptying bins and disposing of waste Replenishing consumables where required Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site Requirements Requirements Due to this position being based within a banking environment, successful candidates will be required to complete the relevant pre-employment checks.

Basic DBS check required Adverse financial check required Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction Must be comfortable with lone working Must be comfortable acting as a key holder and using an alarm panel where required Must be able to use a telephone-based time and attendance system Previous cleaning experience preferred Reliable and able to commit to the Monday-to-Friday shift pattern Pay Rate: £13.
