Direct Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a talented and motivated Direct Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden At IQVIA, we help healthcare and pharmaceutical companies connect with healthcare professionals through data-driven, compliant, and effective marketing solutions.

As part of our team, you'll work closely with clients to plan, execute, and optimize Marketing services activities that make a real difference in healthcare. What You'll Be Doing Manage and coordinate direct marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical clients Maintain trusted relationships with suppliers and act as a key point of contact Build trusted relationships with customers Support clients with campaign planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement Coordinate and monitor every stage of the project, from pricing through to the creation of accurate reports that pharmaceutical clients subsequently submit to the authorities.

Work close with sales functions and collaborate in cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery We're Looking for Someone Who Is fluent in Swedish and English Is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented to ensure accurate results Has strong communication and relationship-building skills Enjoy working with clients and delivering high-quality service Is open to learn new things Has experience with Microsoft Office undefined Preferred Qualifications Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences Knowledge of direct marketing, customer engagement, or omnichannel communication Experience with digital marketing tools Strong team spirit and a customer-focused approach Additional Nordic language skills are a plus undefined Years of experience: 3-5 years relevant experience Why IQVIA?
