Director of Talent Acquisition

The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the organization's talent acquisition strategy, team, systems, and recruiting performance in alignment with business growth objectives. This role provides enterprise-level leadership for workforce planning, recruiting operations, candidate experience, employer brand, and recruitment analytics while maintaining direct ownership of strategic and revenue-generating positions, including key sales roles.

As the Talent Acquisition function grows, the Director is responsible for building team capability, developing future recruiting leaders, and progressively transitioning day-to-day requisition ownership to the team while remaining accountable for overall department results.
